Christ Our Joy and Strength

I must have listened to this song a dozen times this morning. Over and over again down I-95 on my way to work.

My Sister-in-law, Sarah will be having surgery this morning to remove a mass that was found in her abdomen earlier this week. Although our hearts are heavy, we have hope and joy because we know that no matter the outcome - Christ alone is our Joy and Strength. I am confident that God knows what He is doing, and that the Drs and nurses in that hospital will be changed by the peace they witness in Jared and Sarah.

Please pray for them today, and their kids, Liberty, Lucas, and Riley. God is in control, therefore, joy is in our hearts.
